Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly assist you.

Damaged Items

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The packaging

After review, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in shape, size, color, and finish are inherent to handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
  • Variations in glaze, texture, and surface pattern—including crackled or “cracked earth” effects—are intentional and form an integral part of the aesthetic of each piece. These characteristics arise from the making and firing process, do not affect functionality or durability, and are not considered defects.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refund or replacement.
